Opioid Use Disorder Assistance
If you’re having trouble with prescription drugs or opioid use, Neighborhood Health is here to help. We offer a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program that combines medicine, therapy, and personal support to help you:
• Manage withdrawal symptoms
• Reduce cravings
• Prevent relapse
Please note: *You must be an existing patient to be referred in-house. Because space is limited, there is often a waiting list for MAT services. To join the list, call us and provide your name, birthdate, and contact number.
All MAT appointments are scheduled through our specialized treatment team. Our contact center cannot make MAT appointments or provide walk-in detox services at our clinics.
Financial assistance may be available to cover medication costs. Ask your provider.
