Additional Health Services
LGBTQ Health Services
Neighborhood Health welcomes everyone to our healthcare centers. If you’ve ever felt unwelcome or unsupported by a healthcare provider, we want to give you a different experience. Our goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels respected and cared for, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender.
- PrEP & HIV Support: Our centers can prescribe pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), a daily pill highly effective in preventing HIV infection. We also provide care and support for people living with HIV, including treatment to reduce the virus, testing, medications to help prevent passing HIV to a partner, and birth control options. Counseling services are also available to help you manage the challenges of living with HIV.
Homeless Health Services
Neighborhood Health provides care for people experiencing homelessness at all 12 of our locations. Our Downtown clinic focuses on meeting the specific health needs of the homeless community.
Located near Room in the Inn, the Downtown clinic offers full medical services with no appointment needed.
We provide many types of care, including addiction treatment, case management, and transportation assistance. Dental services are available as well.
