Women’s Health and Family Planning Services
We care for women’s health needs, including important screenings for breast and cervical cancer (Pap tests).
Family Planning Services
We offer pregnancy testing and many types of birth control. This includes long-lasting options like IUDs and hormonal implants, as well as birth control pills and shots.

FREE Long-Acting Reversible Birth Control
Long-lasting birth control, such as IUDs and implants, are safe and work very well. They can cost a lot at other places, but at Neighborhood Health, they are free. These methods can last for several years, but if you decide you want to get pregnant, they can be easily removed, sometimes allowing pregnancy as soon as the same week. -
Prenatal Care
We’re here to support you through every step of pregnancy and after your baby is born. Our patient navigators can help you with insurance enrollment and after delivery care. We also provide pediatric care to keep your newborn healthy and growing strong. -
Pediatric Care
At Neighborhood Health, we care for infants, children, and teens. Our services include vaccines, physical exams, and care for conditions like asthma and attention deficit disorder (ADD).
Sexual Health Services
At Neighborhood Health, we offer many services and resources to help you stay safe and healthy.

STI Testing & Treatment
We provide private and confidential testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). These include chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, syphilis, HPV, trichomoniasis, and several types of hepatitis. -
PrEP
Our centers can prescribe pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), a daily pill highly effective in preventing HIV. -
HIV Support
For people living with HIV, we provide care and support to help you stay healthy. Our services include treatment to keep the virus under control, regular testing, medications, and birth control options to prevent passing HIV to a partner. We also offer counseling and emotional support to help you manage the challenges of living with HIV.
Senior Care
At Neighborhood Health, we are proud to care for older adults. We offer many services designed to meet the unique needs of our senior patients.

- Two registered nurses provide personalized diabetes education visits.

Diabetes & Hypertension Management Support
At Neighborhood Health, we want to help you understand your health and manage your diabetes with confidence. We offer educational resources to help you learn about your condition, treatment, and medications.
Our patient navigators can also help check if you qualify for programs that lower the cost of your medicines.
Virtual Disease Case Management Program
We offer a free program for patients living with diabetes. This program includes:
- Two registered nurse care managers who provide one-on-one diabetes education through virtual visits.
- Virtual pharmacy consultation and unlimited follow-up sessions with a pharmacist.
- Flexible scheduling to make it easy to get the care and support you need.
Flu Shots
Each fall, take care of your health by getting a free flu shot during your medical visit.
