We live by our CARE values:  Compassion; Access; Respect; Excellence.

The caring and dedicated staff of Neighborhood Health are never far away.  Twelve Neighborhood Health locations in Nashville/Davidson County, Wilson County and Trousdale County serve the entire family, offering holistic care: medical care, dental care and emotional care. Care is available when you need it, at convenient hours, with or without an appointment. We have interpretation services at all locations and can serve you in your preferred language.  We accept most insurance and TennCare plans, and we offer an affordable discounted fee for those without health insurance.

We welcome the opportunity to serve you.
